⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I had my first appointment at this location for an interlock calibration, and it was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When I arrived for my 11:00 a.m. appointment, the employee at the front desk, Tom, never greeted me or welcomed me. Instead, he looked me up and down before even pulling up my account and immediately told me that if I had a balance, he would not calibrate my device. I showed him my receipt from my previous service location showing my account had a zero balance. His response was, "I don't care about that. I'm telling you if you have a balance, I won't calibrate it." His tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I simply asked him to check the system. Instead of doing that, he explained the process to me as if I were a child. When I asked him to do his job and verify the account, he told me to "go fetch the device." I went outside to get it. While I was outside, another employee, Celis, asked if everything was okay. After I explained what had happened, he apologized for Tom's behavior and told me Tom is "always moody." I got a detailed invoice before the work was done. They did a great job for a fair price on my breaks and rotors. Thanks for your friendly service!

A couple weeks ago I went to get my car checked out and they were honest enough to tell me that nothing was wrong with it, and didn't even charge me for the inspection. I just got my tires replaced at the same location and got the same great service. Thanks, meineke!

After an incredibly frustrating experience trying to get my car’s A/C repaired, finding Tom and his team at Meineke in Saint Paul was a breath of fresh air. I had already been to three other shops, dealing with everything from poor communication and inexperienced mechanics to expensive dealer fees, and I felt like I was getting nowhere. From the moment I spoke with Tom, the General Manager, I could tell this experience would be different. He was thorough, professional, and transparent every step of the way. He set clear expectations regarding wait times, followed up within the promised timeframe (often even earlier), and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my car and which parts needed to be replaced. Most importantly, he made sure I understood the repairs and never made me feel pressured or uninformed. What stood out most was Tom’s honesty, genuine care for his customers, and obvious pride in delivering excellent service. In an industry where trust can be hard to find, he and his team earned mine completely. I plan on being a loyal customer moving forward and would not hesitate to recommend Tom and the entire Meineke team to anyone looking for knowledgeable, tr

Polite & welcoming staff greeted me right away. The establishment was very clean inside & the parking lot was also free of rubbish. I made an oil change & tire rotation appointment online a few days prior. Very easy to schedule with a smart phone. My appointment took less than an hour & I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost!!
